What Clients Say
In their own words
"I contacted Rattanakorn from the UK about eight weeks after my father passed. I did not know where to begin — he had a house and some accounts in Chiang Mai and I had no idea what Thai inheritance law required. The Clarity Session was done by video call and I came away with an actual written document explaining the process. That was enormously helpful when I needed to explain things to my siblings."

"We used the document support service after my mother's estate in Chiang Mai turned out to have more paperwork than we expected. Phirawit handled the filings and kept us updated every couple of weeks. The process took about two and a half months. There was one form that needed a correction partway through — that added a small delay — but the team dealt with it without any fuss and explained what had happened."

"My aunt passed without a will and the family had different views on the estate. Siriporn handled a difficult situation with real patience — she explained what the law provides, she was honest about how long things might take, and she kept the communication calm throughout. I cannot speak highly enough of how the matter was handled."

"My husband's family in Chiang Mai could not agree on what the will meant. We had tried to sort it out ourselves for months before a friend recommended Rattanakorn. From the first meeting it was clear that Siriporn had seen situations like ours before. She helped both sides understand their positions clearly. The matter reached a resolution without going to a full court hearing, which was a relief for everyone."

"I am Australian. My Thai partner's parents lived in Chiang Mai and both passed within a short time of each other. Sorting out the estate from overseas felt impossible. Rattanakorn handled everything on the ground — attended the offices, prepared the documents, kept us informed by email. The clarity session was genuinely useful, not a sales pitch."

"I needed the document support service for my grandmother's estate — she had a small property in Chiang Mai and some savings. Natcha handled my first enquiry very kindly. I was quite anxious about the whole thing. The written summary from the initial session helped me feel in control of the process rather than swept along by it."

Case Studies
Three matters in detail
These summaries describe the kind of work we handle. Names and identifying details have been changed.
Case One · Clarity Session
Family abroad, estate in Chiang Mai, no clear path forward
Challenge
A family based in Germany had a father who passed in Chiang Mai. They had no familiarity with Thai estate law, could not travel immediately, and had been told conflicting things by people they asked informally.
What We Did
A video Clarity Session was arranged. We reviewed the estate's known assets with them, explained the Thai statutory inheritance rules as they applied, and outlined the realistic steps and timeframes. A written summary was issued within two days.
Outcome
The family used the written summary to coordinate among siblings and make a considered decision about next steps. They subsequently engaged us for document support. Total timeline from first contact to clarity session: four days.
"Having something written down that we could all read in our own time was exactly what we needed." — The family
Case Two · Estate Document Support
Straightforward estate, overwhelming administration
Challenge
A Bangkok-based client inherited property and a bank account from her mother in Chiang Mai. The inheritance itself was undisputed, but the number of documents, offices, and procedural steps involved felt unmanageable alongside her work and family commitments.
What We Did
We prepared all required probate documents, attended the relevant district offices, filed with the courts, and handled correspondence with the bank. The client received bi-weekly written updates throughout.
Outcome
The estate was administered in approximately ten weeks. The client made two visits to Chiang Mai at key points, compared with the seven or eight she estimated she would have needed to manage independently. The bank account and property were transferred without delays.
"I did not realise how much was involved until I saw the list of things they had handled on my behalf." — The client
Case Three · Full Representation
Contested estate, multiple heirs, disputed will interpretation
Challenge
An estate involving siblings from three different cities. One sibling challenged the interpretation of a clause in the will relating to a family property. Discussions between the parties had broken down before Rattanakorn was engaged.
What We Did
We took full conduct of the file: reviewing the will and estate documents, advising our client on their position, filing the necessary court applications, attending hearings, and maintaining regular contact with the opposing representatives throughout.
Outcome
The matter reached resolution at mediation after approximately four months, avoiding a full trial. The parties reached an agreed interpretation of the will clause. A closing report was provided to our client summarising the resolution and their final position.
"We were glad to have someone who could explain what was realistic rather than tell us what we wanted to hear." — The client
