Our fee structure is set out on our Solutions page and will be confirmed in any engagement agreement. Fees are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment terms will be stated in your engagement letter. We reserve the right to update our fees; any changes will not affect existing formal engagements already in place.

We maintain strict professional confidentiality in respect of all client information. Our obligations are governed by the rules of the Lawyers Council of Thailand. Information you submit through this Website prior to a formal engagement will be treated with reasonable discretion, but is not covered by legal professional privilege until a formal engagement is established.
