A gentle, private meeting to understand the estate and explain the path ahead in clear terms. We are mindful of your circumstances and let you set the pace. This session is complete in itself — you leave with a thorough understanding of the estate and the options available.
A written summary is prepared and delivered after the session. This document explains the legal position, the likely process for the estate, and any questions that arose during our conversation.

Estate Document Support
Considerate help preparing estate documents and managing the necessary filings and correspondence on your behalf. This service is designed for estates that are not contested but that involve administrative steps the family does not have time or familiarity to manage independently.
We prepare and submit all relevant documents to the appropriate district offices and courts, handle correspondence with third parties, and keep you informed at each step. The engagements runs for as long as the administration requires, typically between one and three months.

Service Three
Full Inheritance Representation
Complete, sensitive handling of a contested inheritance matter from first instruction to conclusion. This service is for matters where heirs dispute the distribution, where a will's validity is in question, or where the estate involves complex cross-border or multi-party issues.
We manage the whole file: gathering evidence, preparing and submitting court applications, attending hearings, liaising with opposing parties' representatives, and maintaining regular contact with our client throughout. A closing report is produced on conclusion of the matter.
